change, modify, add, remove or terminate any portion of this Agreement, in whole

those changes. In addition, when using particular services, you shall be subject
to any posted guidelines, rules, and policies applicable to such services that
may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines, rules, and policies are

in which we and other parties might use personal information that belongs to

Section II – Property of USPatriots.net

property of USPatriots.net, and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service
marks, and trade names are proprietary to USPatriots.net. No material from USPatriots.net
or any of our affiliates may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted,
transmitted, or distributed in any way. You may download one copy of the materials
on any single computer for your personal, noncommercial home use only, provided
that:
- You keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices;
- You make no modifications to the materials;
- You do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association

3. USPatriots.net has the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors
or omissions in any portion of the USPatriots.net Web site. We make no guarantee
of the accuracy, correctness or completeness of any information on the Site,
and shall not be responsible for:

- Any failures, delays or interruptions in the delivery of any content or

Section III – Submissions
By uploading materials to any Member Forum or submitting any materials to us,
you automatically grant to USPatriots.net a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable,
unrestricted, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, license, sublicense,
adapt, distribute, display, publicly perform, reproduce, transmit, modify, edit
and otherwise exploit such Communications throughout the world, in all media
now known or hereafter developed. You hereby waive all rights to any claim against
USPatriots.net for any alleged or actual infringements of any proprietary rights,
rights of privacy and publicity, moral rights, and rights of attribution in
connection with such Communications.
In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights" in those materials
have been waived.
1. You acknowledge that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the
content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content
you supply does not violate this Agreement and will not cause injury to any
person or entity; and that you will indemnify USPatriots.net or its affiliates
for all claims resulting from content you supply.
2. You will be responsible for your own Communications and the consequences
of posting or otherwise transmitting those Communications. USPatriots.net does
not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any
material posted or otherwise transmitted by USPatriots.net Web site users or
endorse any opinions expressed by such users. does not screen, monitor or approve
Communications from our Web site users in advance. If we receive notification
about a user regarding Communications which allegedly do not conform to this
Agreement,USPatriots.net has the right, but not the obligation, to investigate
the allegations and determine in good faith and at its sole discretion whether
to remove or request the removal of the Communication. We have no liability

but not the obligation, to remove Communications that are abusive, illegal,

4. Posting or transmitting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional
materials, or any other forms of solicitation to other users is prohibited.

Section IV – Member Conduct
Public communication in a message board or e-mail is offered as part of USPatriots.net.
If you participate in any public communication within USPatriots.net, you must
not:
- Harm minors in any way;
- ‘Stalk" or otherwise defame, abuse, harass or threaten others; upload,
post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful,
harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar,
obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially,
ethnically or otherwise objectionable, offensive, embarrassing, pornographic,
profane, sexually explicit, or indecent; Any messages, data, or images that
might be considered by a reasonable person to be obscene or which contain
racial, ethnic, religious slurs or derogatory epithets, or advocating violence,
hate or other language that is deeply or widely offensive
- Make any bigoted, hateful, or racially offensive statements;
- Advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent
to commit them; constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute
a criminal offense, potentially give rise to civil liability (including
claims of defamation and/or libel), or otherwise violate the local, state,
or national laws of any country; intentionally or unintentionally violate
any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but
not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange
Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including,
without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange
or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
- Post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right
of a third party or any law;
- Post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous, or indecent language
or images; upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any
Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious,
defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful,
or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, offensive, embarrassing,
pornographic, profane, sexually explicit, or indecent;
- Advertise or sell to or solicit others; use the Member Forum for commercial
purposes of any kind; contains solicitations or advertisements of any kind
upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited
or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam,"
"chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except
in those areas (such as shopping rooms) that are designated for such purpose;
- Post or distribute any software or other materials that contain a virus
or other harmful component; contains a virus, worm, Trojan horse, or other
harmful component; (vi) contains any information, software, or other material
of a commercial nature upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available
any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code,
files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality
of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- Post material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the
designated topic or theme of any chat room or bulletin board.
- Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a official,
forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent
your affiliation with a person or entity;
- Constitutes or contains false or misleading indication of origin or statement
of fact forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise
the origin of any content transmitted through the service;
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content
that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual
or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and
confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships
or under nondisclosure agreements);
- Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content
) violates, plagiarizes, or infringes the rights of third parties including,
without limitation, copyright, trademark, patent, rights of privacy or publicity,
trade secrets, or any other proprietary right that infringes any patent,
trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights")
of any party;
- Disrupts the normal flow of dialogue and/or exchange on the site, including
posting or otherwise transmitting material that is not related to the subject
at issue or otherwise restricts or inhibits any other user from using and
enjoying the uspatriots.net web site, such as cause a screen to "scroll"
faster than other users of the service are able to type, or otherwise act
in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real
time exchanges;
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected
to the service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations
of networks connected to the service;
- Collect or store personal data about other users.
We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any Member Forum at any
time and for any reason.
2. When communicating with other Members, never assume that people are who they
say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they
say they are affiliated with in any chat room, message board, or other user-
generated content area. Information obtained in a Forum may not be reliable,
and it is not a good idea to trade or make any investment decisions based solely
or largely on information you cannot confirm. We cannot be responsible for the
content or accuracy of any information, and shall not be responsible for any
trading or investment decisions made based on such information.
Section V – Use of this site by Minors (Children 12 and younger)
Children under 12 must be sponsored by an adult member and are considered a
"guest" of our service. To have access to all of the resources on
the USPatriots.net Web site, they are required to set up a "family"
membership under the supervision an adult. There are no chat rooms for children
under 18, and communication with USPatriots.net staff and other Members is through
email or message boards only.
Section VI –Advertisers And Other Third-Party Links From Uspatriots.Net
1. By offering a number of third party products and services, including advertisements,
on our Site, USPatriots.net makes no warranties or representations of any kind
as to the content or suitability of the subject matter of any web site, product
or service from any such third party business or individual. USPatriots.net
expressly disclaims liability for direct, consequential, or incidental damages
arising from the products, services, advertisements, actions, or web site content
of these and any other third parties, and you waive any claims against USPatriots.net
for damages arising from such transactions or your reliance upon statements

the Classifieds or other listings ("Classifieds"), its users or their behavior.
We cannot control whether or not users of our Classifieds will complete the

9. USPatriots.net may immediately, without prior notice, issue a warning, temporarily

at our sole discretion, for any reason, whether with or without cause or warning,
and without liability. Your sole remedy againstUSPatriots.net in the event of
a dispute arising out of this Agreement, the Site or your use thereof, is to
terminate this Agreement by ceasing your use of the Site. In the event of termination
of this Agreement, USPatriots.net may delete and/or store, in its discretion,
data associated with your use of the Site.USPatriots.net may also change, suspend,
or discontinue any aspect of the USPatriots.net Web site at any time, including
the availability of any Web site feature, database, or content.
10. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts
of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating
to these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in
Butte County, California, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable,
then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This is
the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter herein and shall
not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties.
